What User likes about Toby's Tavern:
Pan grilled oysters fries plus steamed “Taylor Shellfish” mussels were delicious along with the green salad. (Penn Cove farms down the street have not reopened yet. Wish the mussels were debearded but we pulled the ropey part out. Love the local service and atmosphere in the quaint little town of Coupeville. Everyone is so friendly! Thank you. Waited almost 1.5 hours for our food, then we were completely ghosted by our server for a solid 30. Cute and cozy little dive bar on Whidbey Island. Stopped here for a beer while waiting for the ferry. Didn't try the food. Service was great.
