How good are they? I hired them for a party, and all the guests were asking for their cards to hire them for theirs.
I catered a 50th birthday party for 40 guests and our chef was Ty and he was very nice and professional.

"We ordered the Cuban sandwich, the feta sandwich and two potato balls and one sweet corn cirque. We weren’t expecting meat in the ball but it was still delicious even with the unexpected surprise.The plantain chips were fresh and had a good mouth feel. My only complaint is that we wished there was more tomato in the feta sandwich."

(I had a question regarding a missing item there left a hat behind when I left before closing hr I was straight up ignored yesterday and today when I called during business hours.
