"This is a great small town Chinese restaurant with all the classics (ginger beef, beef broccoli, stir fry, etc), but they also have wonderful Japanese, I like the yammy roll, avocado or mango roll, or the flower roll, fresh and very affordable. Kelly and Alix are a young couple with a young family, owner operators, very friendly and helpful, if you are in unity this is a must stop."

"This restaurant is a little hidden gem! I ate here twice while in Unity. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but is well worth the visit! I pulled into Unity late (around 9 p.m) and stopped here for supper. The cook had just cleaned the grill, but stated it was no problem to fire it back up. The waitress insisted we sit down and eat. They didn't close until 10 p.m and had only cleaned up early as they didn't know if anyone else would be coming in that night. We appreciated that they didn't turn us away and told us to take our time. They never once made us feel rushed. Other people walked in after us and the waitress and cook made sure they were all fed. Well worth the visit! Food was delicious!"

"I'm not a big fan of a&aw, but was in a hurry, and can usually scarf down a teen burger. I found the onion rings quite greasy and overlooked. Overall I did not enjoy my meal."

"The Unity Hotel Restaurant is a great place to eat in downtown Unity. We usually have lunch, but in July had supper. I usually will have their burgers and fries (fries are the best), but also make great salads, I need to try their entrees but hear they are good as well. Next to a pub and a cold beer/wine store, and motel/hotel attached too. The restaurant in closed Mondays FYI.This used to be the Selkirk in Unity, 'the' place to stay and eat in Unity, and after a few owners/managers is getting back to it's past reputation. Chef/owner has lots of experience. Affordable and consistent you should enjoy it."
