Ordered a cookie cake online for a birthday a few days prior. The cake was ready by the requested pickup time. The staff were very friendly and were able to hand me the cookie cake right away. The cookie cake was decorated just as requested and the cake tasted fresh like it was made that day. Highly recommend this location. Nestle should be ashamed of this horrid representation of their product. The staff is more concerned with their cell phones than doing their job. I waited to purchase cookies for almost 5 minutes (no other customer in front of me) and then was told they weren’t selling cookies until later in the day.
