Fun place for a work Christmas party... Employees were helpful and nice, lanes worked well..Great place to bring the family. Just had a b-day gathering there and everyone was very helpful. The arcade is a lot of fun also.Very enjoyable and fun activity to do with friends and family. We went on a Friday night. View all feedback.

What A 1 doesn't like about Narrows Plaza Bowl:
Service was horrible. We was told to get a lane online even though we were in the building. We wasn't able to get a lane online. But other customers we able to walk up and get a lane. We bought our shoes so that we could play with our family but they didn't allow us to hop on the lane once we got on a lane it froze and no one came to reset the time for us.
