I'm from the Upland area and noticed a Ceviche spot, so I had to try. I've tried several of the dishes, including the shrimp cocktail, shrimp ceviche, Cabo Ceviche, and deep fried shrimp tacos; they were all delicious and prepared fresh each time. "We got the mushroom, samosa, chicken salsa verde, beyond, Nutella, and one last one Im forgetting. My friend loved the mushroom and I loved the chicken salsa verde. I dont think I would get the samosa again. I wish it had more spice in it. The beyond one was great too. The Nutella Empanada is basically dessert, but absolutely fabulous."
