What Martin C Focazio doesn't like about Amanda's Riverside Cafe:
You ask for a glass of water and they automatically bring you a cup with ice and a bottled water and then charge you for it. Food is absurdly overpriced and takes an absurdly long time. My friend wanted to go somewhere with breakfast food so we went here on a whim. Took close to 45 minutes for eggs and toast with 2 other tables seated in the whole building. One of the best and unique French fries I’ve ever had. Seriously. Just try them.
We waited over an hour and never got our food! $6 for 2 cups of coffee! When I went pay was told our order only went in 30 minutes ago…. Our waitress appeared to be new and didn’t know what she was doing…NOT ONCE DID ANYONE COME AND CHECK OUR TABLE OR OFFER COFFEE WHILE WE WERE WAITING….WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK!!!

Only one vegetarian choice: grilled cheese. NO vegan choices. No free water. Bottled water. Needs menu update since it is not 1975. Vegetarian options: Only one choice- grilled cheese. I could have this at home! Not worth dining out for grilled cheese.
Food was just ok. Forgot husband's toast. Ordered two glasses of water when we sat down and she brought 2 bottles of water and charged us $2.95 for each of them. Server said they don't have tap water, but this was after I opened one of the bottles. Servers kept mixing tables up. Took a long time for food to come out.
