Pancake Manor is always a great treat for breakfast. We sat in one of their booth seats. The table was a little bit sticky which wasn't ideal but you are at a place that specialises in pancakes so it's not entirely unsurprising. I ordered the Bananarama which was delicious. The butterscotch sauce was amazing. Staff were attentive and prompt, so no complaints there either. Very happy will be back for sure! View all feedback.
What Emerson Casper doesn't like about Pancake Manor:
we arrived at pancake manor at 9.05 a.m. to the breakfast to say rudely that we had no booking, we could not be accommodated and that they were fully booked by 2 a.m. ok, we drove 30 minutes for pancake cake and did not think to book because it was. never busy, but it's on us we should have booked. we don't have to sneak away. but there was also no line of men when we arrived, and about 1/3 of their tables were empty... We arrived for a family breakfast that had been booked long in advance. they have switched over to a QR code system that works well, but 1. the personal has not read the order correctly and missed items, brought false objects and then, as they brought close to it. an additional coffee that had been missed almost an hour before. 2. pancakes were boiled so that each side was hard and insensitive, almost as if they had been frozen. 3. then physical menu offered hash browns listed on almost all hearty breakfast options. However, these were actually 3 roasted kartoffels. 4. the employees did not know which menu items were as they delivered to the table and lied to us to determine who ordered what. 5. we ordered 4 coffees, but ended with 7 coffees at the end of the breakfast, of which only one of us is correct. a drink did not arrive at all even after he was asked several times. 6. be warned, there is no service at all, only server to bring food. overall it was not a pleasant experience when I was a fan of pancake pan in the past, I was very disappointed in this opportunity.

I don't understand why they couldn't accept walk-ins when they were obviously not busy. poor management.
We, when we order pancakes in the storage room at 7.15 o'clock, 2 drinks that we have never received. order pancakes strawberry field the pancakes were dense, dry and difficult to cut. we were her for an hour and half and the service was so slow that it took hours to forget the command. After we ordered our pancakes, we also ordered wagging that were not so great.
Cold eating and slow service. this place was great when it was a pancake manor. since the change of owners and names, I am twice and never again. first flight we set to the mothers day. but no, they're really slow. my booking., made online and confirmed, was not in their reservations (retrieve, but no one answers.) it took 20 minutes to get drinks, although it was quiet, then another 30 to get food, most of it was cold and simply not great. There's only one cook. the personal was nice enough, but will not come back what a candid is because it was a place we loved to go as a family.
With no manager onsite, the food served to us was disgusting. The pancakes were tasteless, bananas used were soft, black and old. The poached eggs were translucent and well under cooked. The table was all grimy and sticky as if it had not been cleaned...down properly. The salt and pepper shaker were unusable (hardened). Feedback was provided to the manager after we left (because there was no manager onsite on a Sunday morning and the staff were not responding to our concerns), and he was in complete denial. He refused to respond to my concerns and in fact defended the quality of their food. Obnoxious, condescending and way out of touch. A good manager would look to address a customer's concerns, not fob them off and be defensive. I am all about constructive feedback. The meal and drinks cost us $90 but it was worth $0. Regardless of whether that is realistic or not, the last thing you do as a manger is become defensive and take that as an insult. If you are a person that values customer experience, then you should continue to listen and be curious and make improvements when necessary. Good luck!
