We were seated quickly after leaving another restaurant due to a 40 min wait. We were seated in a little room off the side of the sushi bar so it wasn't loud at all. The room was really chilly which was not ideal. The food came out at a reasonable rate and the server that had our whole room (4 tables at the time) managed us all perfectly. Fuji gives a new definition to fast food. If you're looking for a relaxed evening out this is not it. Serving food and clearing tables is mechanical, fast and annoying. While my sushi was acceptable, not great, my partners dish was uneatable. read more.
