"I love positively fourth street with all my heart! Best cafe in ocean city by far. I grew up in the area but moved away as an adult, and it’s always the first place I eat at when I’m home. I dream about the positively bagel (everything bagel with cream cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onions, capers). The baked goods are delicious, the coffees great, and the inside is so peaceful.
