What Gregory Tullo doesn't like about Radisson Blu Uppsala:
Great location and, despite being close to the train station, the rooms are quiet. My issue is with the beds. They seem very cheap. Very springy and not very supportive. This is unusual as in my experience, most hotels have moved towards more memory foam style beds. With these beds, simply rolling over causes you to bounce and I found myself needing to readjust many times throughout the night to relieve pressure. If... View all feedback.
Athough part of a big chain the hotel feels quite intimate. The reception staff are polite and helpful and spoke English very well (far better than my Swedish) the room although quite small was very clean ,smart and functional with the added bonus of a balcony. Despite the hotel being located opposite the train station, the room was peaceful and quiet. It is also a couple of minutes walk from the shops and restaurants and the beautiful river and Castle.

Rooms well laid out but lacked a work space or desk if that's important. Had a balcony with views to cathedral and castle. Breakfast was amazing, could eat there for the rest of my life and be happy. Fika was great! Right next to train station so super convenient.
Good location next to a supermarket and train station. Rooms were clean with a convenient sauna and smallish but well equipped gym. The layout of my room was strange, with an open plan bathroom that faces into the sleeping area. Nice to have a little balcony though.

If I had not booked my next stay at the non-refundable rate, I’d cancel and go elsewhere due to the bed quality issue alone.
