Finally a sushi restaurant in uppsala, the right rice cooked! 1) correct type of rice and 2) properly cooked. I can't remember how often sushi places in uppsala...

Sushi 54 does a good job of combining traditional Japanese cuisine with modern influences, without being too trendy. It's definitely worth a visit.

The sushi was large and the delivery was on time.
