Fresh Tasmanian Crispy Skin Salmon Fillet topped with a lemon and caper sauce. Sounded delicious to me so I foolishly ordered this Chef Selection. What I received was a burnt capers and skin salmon fillet so over cooked it left charcoal flakes on the plate when you cut it.
