They were quiet because there were only 3 tables during our stay. Taste is excellent considering that they have such a low flow of cartridges. We were worried at one point that we were serving frozen fish. Fish are fresh and delicious. Tataki beef was poor. You look like meat slices for Shabu Shabu.
