We stayed at La Capilla Lodge for about three weeks, had meal at the in-house restaurant every day and never got tired or bored. We weren't staying at La Capilla but Chris and his team welcomed our large group for dinner anyway, and accommodated our vegetarians and picky eaters. We appreciated his warmth and his travel advice. Dinner however was a disappointment: a gloopy quinoa risotto was inedible; the tilapia was stone cold (still frozen in the middle?); the pumpkin soup acidic.
