a very pleasant restaurant, very modern! there is a card with delicious dressing, cake desserts even a cold bar, where they can take meals or eat them before the place! What User doesn't like about Marcopolo Freelife:
The food is good, but they take forever to prepare it. They put cheese on the sandwich even though we asked to remove it, and the girl reviewed the order. The plaques on the counter say they have regular and vegan versions of the deserts, but they don’t have many vegan options( vegan options are great for lactose intolerant, since every other desert here is made with milk) View all feedback.

"We went into this restaurant at lunchtime to make a group booking for dinner. We were told that was no problem. Called to.confirm the reservation later that day; again, no problem. Showed up minutes early for our booking, were told the table wasn't ready...yet and could we have a drink around the corner to wait (we were told we couldn't wait in the restaurant). That was fine, so we went to get a drink elsewhere. Came back minutes later to find that they had given our table away to a group who walked in about seconds before us (who did not seem to have a reservation). The staff did nothing about this and did not offer to seat us anywhere else, including at separate tables which were available (and which we would have taken despite splitting our group). Awkward and uncomfortable for everyone, including the new group who had been seated at our table. After the staff left us still waiting with no explanation, we decided to go elsewhere and ended up at Isabel (which was delicious and great value). The food at Kuar looked good (when I saw plates passing us) but the service was so rubbish I couldn't recommend it to anybody else. Maybe if you just walked in it would be okay (assuming you could get a table)."

"Excellent service with a perfect environment. It eats incredible in both quality and abundant portions. I congratulate the staff who are trained to serve people with food restrictions. I ate the pair that the rest and with the security that is so difficult to find at the time of making the consultations of rigor to the waiters, prior to the food. Thank you!"
