Pinuccio Chessa, who runs this small bistro in Usini, is a painter and sculptor as well as a talented chef. Prepared a delicious meal at a very reasonable price and threw in some of his excellent, homemade red wine. The young ladies who serve at the bar and tables are happy to chat with you in English.
