What Harald W doesn't like about Hidden Cuisine:
Had the Mushroom Risotto Cakes. Basically just three balls of rice with a very small piece of mushroom inside, on top of an ordinary tomato sauce with maybe five small pieces of vegetables. The taste was just tomato sauce. (Overpriced). I was disappointed. The service was ok. View all feedback. What Daria O likes about Hidden Cuisine:
We had a unique, memorable meal at Hidden Cuisine! Located about four miles from downtown Moab, chef Zini lovingly prepares mouth watering dishes that are worth the wait. This is not fast food, so be patient because you are in for a treat! The artichoke and spinach cups were superb, quinoa salad fresh and bright, and rice balls over ratatouille divine. Our server Misty was super friendly and Anya was very attentive.... View all feedback.
