We were recommended this Cafe by another retail shop in Gt Dunmow, and we were not disappointed. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating, and made us feel so welcome. We only had drinks and cake on this occasion, but the coffee and walnut cake was exceptional. Light and fluffy with a lovely amount of walnuts. The food was ok, the service was slow and the staff weren’t particularly friendly. The most disappointing aspect of the visit was the lack of appropriate high chairs.
