The ONLY restaurant worth its salt in Uvalde, and the only one I miss when I’m gone. Extremely happy they continued Enrique’s way of doing things, well not all of them but most, haha. Anyway best cheese enchiladas you’ll ever eat! View all feedback.

What Rick Jones doesn't like about The Vasquez 1935:
The place seemed clean, the waitress was very nice and attentive, the food just didn't do it for me, the Rice, beans, enchiladas were kinda bland compared to other restaurants in the area. The taco and tostada were good. The cheese was almost watery. Guacamole was real, that was very nice. Overall, Not a place I would choose to go, but I have friends that like it. View all feedback.
