we were on the airport taxi after 3 days Uyuni stripe. my man has a vegan empanada and I had a vegan burger with homemade pommes. it was both good and not so normal. also it was made with fresh ingredients and fresh. the service was friendly and fast and it was in the opposite to our tour agency. the interieur is dark and modern, good music. we did not suspect this place in Uyuni. "This is the best vegan friendly cafe in Uyuni. It's so chilled out and the owner was so friendly. The coffee was the best we've had since coming to South America and the sandwich was very tasty. Good selection of tea, coffee, juices and alcoholic drinks.
