"A very good address to spend a relaxing moment with refined cuisine. I think the place is cozy, relaxing and we feel good. The apéros/vins/fromages are a little expensive to my taste however very good. Nice and careful of the whole team. It was a pleasure."

"The best food we had in France in our two week trip. Also the best service! Beautiful restaurant and wonderful setting. Extremely good value for money as well: they fix the price for three courses (in 2023 this is €45) which included a perfectly cooked fillet steak. We added a cheese course and an excellent bottle of Sancerre. Attentive but discreet service and the music at the right level to allow quiet conversation. Wonderful views over the valley. Totally recommend!"

"Overbooked on the first night, stayed in rooms 1 & 9 for the second night (Worst rooms ever) , no soap or shower gel (advised it had been on order for a month)broken toilet seat, shower head did not move, in the morning there was not even a good morning from the owner. The guard dogs bed is in the restaurant and when my wife went to ask for coffee the dog pounce out of the dark toward her, the owner did not ever say sorry only patting the dog and put it back on its bed. We moved out. We would not recommend this hotel"

"C'est un restaurant où la cuisine est originale en rapport aux autres du village , le patron est seul a servir ce qui explique l'attente , sa femme cuisine très bien , ce sont des gens accueillants et affables .Le menu est a un prix très correct , le café est compris dedans ! Nous y allons régulièrement et ne sommes jamais déçus , c'est un restaurant a recommander quand on a le temps mais si vous prévenez que vous êtes pressés tout s'accélère ...madame Debat"

"Very disappointed! We often enjoy a fabulous lunch at a 'workers' restaurant in nearby 'Quatre Chemins' but thought we would visit here for a change. The restaurant is divided, really, which seems like segregation, where only workers enjoy the multi course bargain menu. Non workers, as deemed by le 'madam' must pay for a normal two course / three course option at a considerable premium while watching 'les travaillers' enjoy the same, 'plus plus plus' including wine and coffee, but for mic less? Surely such division is illegal in an 'egalitarian' France? If you are not a worker, you pay more for less?Hmmm. The food wasn't really worth the price hike either. Give this place a miss. They need to get real. You can't choose who eats what and for what price!"
