"Valia is definitely a must go for a culinary experience. Everything is made fresh on the spot. Waiting for my order on the terrasse, I could smell the fragrances of my chicken curry being prepared from the kitchen and when it arrived it was beautifully...presented and tasting it was a eye rolling experience. The gazpacho is one of the best I’ve tasted as well. Emily the waitress is very friendly and has a great sense of humour and Fatima the chef/owner always welcomes me when I am there. One of my favorite places to eat in Uzès. Highly recommended."

"Value quality/quantity/price imparable! A varied cuisine with the influences of the world, always original and copyy. The burgers are also excellent (especially Thai . You can go with your eyes closed! Ps: on the other hand we always expect to be able to taste dishes based on dog meat, cat, pigeon, rat, bat, pangolin... short the chef's informal specialties.
