"I came in and ordered a Super Steak Burrito, the order was to go. Got home and started eating the Burrito and immediately noticed that there was no meat in it hardly!! Very disappointing I always had good food in this place, but does it seem? really started jumping on things and charging you extra for chips? ridiculous! I don't want to get back and overpriced!!"

"I went into the restaurant yesterday for lunch and was really happy with the changes they have done to help reduce the spread of the virus. It’s nice to see El Pollo Loco in Vacaville taking action before any other restaurant in the area. Thank you for always taking great care of guest and the community. Food is always delicious and fresh. My favorite is the black bean bowl! Definitely a great spot in town or if you’re driving down I-80 towards SF from Sac."

"Was crowded inside and had to wait a few minutes to order. It was at least a good 20-25 minute wait for our sandwiches. In the end my sandwich was made wrong. They did reach out to correct the issue. I do appreciate that a lot. Not many do that anymore these days. Thank you"
