What a great find during our Andouille Trail adventure! After we get some delicious samples of her maudlin, we bought Maudlin, Andouille, Boudin, Blueberry Honey sausage, Andouille lace and a bag of delicious tea cookies. The blueberry honey sausage was phenomenal and a great addition to our eggs the next morning. It is definitely worth the trip from the north coast to buy a good food. View all feedback.
