Cafe brown burnt is a hidden gem at busy JM road just in front of Jangli Maharaj Temple. It's in the heart of JM road yet secluded from the city rush. They have multiple sitting options upstairs, downstairs to see the live kitchen's awesome wood fire oven. The ambiance goes well with their signature dishes PIZAAAAAAA. I was here with my friends and we tried the following dishes Mocktails Pineapple Juice: The juice was extremely fresh with sweet and tangy taste. A perfect start to begin with. Salad Veg Mediterranean salad: The Sea of salad had loads of veggies viz. Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, onions, broccoli etc and topped with a bit of feta cheese for a little extra zing. The ingredients were extremely fresh which resulted into a feast for taste buds. A nice light dish for main course especially in summer. Recommended!! Starters Honey chili potatoes: They were coated and deep fried which resulted in crispy outside and cooked perfectly inside. The upper coat with sesame honey chili sauce added an extra layer of texture which was sweet and spicy. It was up to the mark!! Pizza Corn Jalapeno: The restaurant has a wood fire oven which sets a high expectation while the pizza arrives. The fire of the oven can be easily spotted the moment you enter the place. As anticipated the pizza was nicely prepared with thin crust and ample amount of corn and Jalapeno. The top of the pizza was flooded with fresh cheese which was a treat to the eyes too. In short one of the best pizza, Definitely recommended!! Main Course Pan fried noodles: The noodles were first fried to light crisp brown and then cooked with the not so thick gravy. The gravy was made up of traffic signal capsicum (I mean red, yellow and green , broccoli and onion. The summation of all was heaven as the fried noodles complimented them a lot. Chicken Thai green curry rice: The Chicken used was of leg part which gave a delicious taste to the usual green curry. It had a good portion of rice which is sufficient if not so hungry. To summarize: 1. Must visit place for Pizza lovers. 2. Value for money as the dishes are very pocket friendly. 3. Small yet lovely ambiance. 4. Hygienic place.
