Not professional There was a problem with the payment, apparently not made by the travel booking agency. First of all, however, to be fair, they should have to let me know on arrival and not ask me for my credit card number for any drinks in the room where, in any case, there was nothing. And, above all, they shouldn't have charged the price of the room on my card without telling me and without giving me any invoice.... View all feedback.
