Elma stake-house is a gorgeous meat crazy restaurant that specializes in making the best cuts of beef and lamb out there. I personally had the lamb racks which had a amazing texture plus a perfect seasoning. I also tried the grilled beef and it too did not disappoint. Good atmosphere per fine dining, delicious steak gets all the stars but it was chaotic during food service as staff has no idea who ordered what (it could be a sequential ordering list simply) no one bothered to ask how is the food after serving and if something more is required at some point and then cleanup was not efficient enough.
