Worst experience. Poor management. Unprofessional staff. Dirty rooms ruined surroundings and the property is in miserable condition. It looks like a haunted house.once it was the property of Jammu Kashmir royal family but they sold out the hotel and now it is in the hands of some inexperienced people. Pathetic people.Never recommend any body to book the hotel to face worst unpleasant and unbearable consequences. View all feedback.
