"I was expecting much better tasting food with richer flavors. I'm guessing it's just the Vail location due to employee issues. I was surprised when Elon Musk mentioned the LA location as one of his favorite Sushi places. My personal favorite is Zuma in Las Vegas. The flavors and service I experienced at Zuma I assumed would be similar to Matsuhisa but it wasn't. (Ski town vs Big city I guess. It wasn't bad tho, but I feel like they can easily compete with Zuma with a little more effort and flavor. I guess my main complaint is the lack of FLAVOR. I ordered 6 different dishes across the menu and couldn't say I would ever eat there again. Maybe Zuma spoiled me idk, but if your a sushi connoisseur don't get your hopes up. It's good but not special. Cheers"

"Had an excellent breakfast after checking out of our unit. We picked Westside Cafe because of the great reviews on The Cap n’ Crunch French Toast. It was located in the Doubletree Hotel in West Vail. We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and the Cap n Crunch French toast. The cereal sugar coating made the french toast very hard so I ordered a solo biscuit with dirty gravy. Totally recommend the chicken fried steak hashbrowns, biscuit gravy definitely comfort food. The service was great! Hazel was very cheerful and a pleasure to chat with. Oh! The manager removed the French toast from our ticket. We will be back!"
