New name and owners, less service. We were there for the mussels with fries a complete. We've been there from 19 to 23 hours. The portions are small, and you're either ordering them. By the portion, there are no open-cooked mussels at average six, and we've been there for the four hours that we've been sitting there with troubled four portions.
