Eating delicious local cuisine eye to eye with the cows which provide the ingredients! Really well done with raclettes, fondues and tartiflettes. I think you should reserve well in advance. Recommend View all feedback.

This is a very up to date concept, since you eat in the same building as where the cowshed and the cheese plant are located. You can see them through the window when eating. Of course they serve cheese-based dishes like raclette or fondue, but...also meat, including pork as well. When we were there we found the place was quiet, still missing ambiance.
