"A perfect stay. We were very welcome and accompanied all our stay. the room was comfortable, the very clean and modern bathroom, the cozy and pleasant common areas. breakfast was excellent. access to the cable car is in 2 minutes walk, we were able to take our packages directly from the hotel's reception. all the hotel's staff were thoughtful, a remarkable hospitality. We would be happy to stay again at the hotel ancolie."

"Told (not asked) to wait outside in the wind and snow for 30 minutes for our 2pm reservation. Finally seated at 2.40, then told the kitchen closed at 3m so we had to order quickly. No wine list, asked what we liked, when told red burgundy, we were offered a bottle without any detail of producer, area, vintage, just the price. Food was ok, but we enjoyed better escargot and veal in several other places this week. Menu states ‘service compris’ but told we had to add service, despite the service being below par. Home of the £50 burger. Head to Le Fornet and go to Edelweiss for better food, wine and service."
