Deliciously diminished in the Auberge Le Chardon Bleu in Valbonnais. Little switched cards for everyone, some wild, meat, fish and vegetarian. We had a super malse steak, silky eggplant with spicy thaise sauce, oreille d'âne. And as a closure, a large cup of hot chocolate cream with passiveruit biscuit. Extraordinarily hot. A rapist!
