The staff and General Manager really was on point with service. Very professional, greeted customers when they came, made sure your order was correct . Speed was a A+. Great job to the team at Arby's on St Augustine road.
Came in with a group of teens, on our way to Orlando, and the staff handled us in a quick precise manor! We were very impressed with how quickly they cranked out those orders! Great job!

We pass through Valdosta multiple times a year and always make a stop at this Arby's. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. I usually order the turkey and Swiss market fresh sandwich, which I did this time as well. Overall, the sandwich was just average. The bread wasn't as fresh as I'd hoped, and the other ingredients were okay.
It's a breath of fresh air to enter a fast food restaurant and be welcomed by friendly staff with positive attitudes. The food was served quickly and tasted great. I was also pleased to notice that both the dining area and restrooms were kept exceptionally clean. Keep up the fantastic work!
