What dps098 likes about Beijing Cafe:
The vegan menu was larger than I was expecting. I had General Tso's tofu which was completely vegan and was delicious. It was marketed as spicy but wasn't very spicy at all though? Regardless, it's the best General Tso's tofu I've ever have. The service was good, price was fair, and the portions were more than sufficient. Highly recommend! What rahknee doesn't like about Beijing Cafe:
After waiting to be served, the waitress seemed confused about the difference between vegan and vegetarian. She then informed us that all the sauces were prepared with chicken broth. Disappointed, we decided to leave and seek out a nearby restaurant that truly offers vegan options. This establishment should be labeled as vegetarian, rather than advertising "vegan options."
