If I could choose A BIG FAT ZERO I WOULD. My son’s birthday cookie was supposed to be ready at 4:30. I went at 6:15 to pick it up and it was not ready. The business had my phone number and could have called me. Now my son doesn’t have a cake for his birthday party tonight !!!!!
