"My boyfriend and I are driving to Georgia and wanted something quick but not really fast food. We ordered through the Panera app and did a pickup order. There was no help when we walked in. The employee said there were cups out and that I could choose any, but there were only small coffee cups available and I ordered a medium soda. When we finally opened up our sandwiches on the road, both were missing several items that were paid for as extras. I am very disappointed, especially since I used to work at a Panera and know how the employee is supposed to triple check everything before putting it out."

"This is my first time here. The food is good, and the people are awesome. I tried to pay with my Flex card from VSU, and even though I had enough money on it, it wouldn't work. I don't know if it was their system or VSU's, but nothing Sammy did would work, and the line was backing up. I was embarrassed and hungry after getting off work, and I was beginning to resign myself to having to leave hungry when Sammy paid for my meal. Thanks, Sammy. Hopefully, the bugs in the system get worked out so I can pay for my next meal"

"I went to lunch today and so glad we did. the fried green tomats with pimento cheese and speck cried to both of us, got them with a side salad. they make most of their own dresses. everything was delicious and service was very good, thank you a."

"1st time coming to this please on our date night. The bruschetta is loaded with pizza cheese which is not a traditional made. The tomatoes were old and had a sour old tomato taste. The beef and pork tortillini were frozen made not homemade. It was served slightly warm and greasy. My wife woke up at 0146am and vomited her food from this restaurant. The spicy red sauce clam and mussels serve very greedy and could barely eat this. It had good flavor. I will never come go this restaurant! If I could give the food negative one I woild.!!!!"
