We planned to meet up with a friend for a catch-up at a restaurant. We ordered a coffee, slice of cake, burger, and a child-size lunch (which included salad sticks, a fruit drink, and a brownie). The coffee came with a bottle of water and two glasses. We had to wait a while for our food, and the coffee got cold, so we asked for a small jug of hot water.
