"The women who helped me was very kind and my food was amazing. So far the honey garlic boneless is my favorite and it’s insanely crispy. Also recommend the hibiscus sweet tea it’s very refreshing too. When I first went I thought it was on the pricy side (I get 8 pcs for 15.99 but I think it’s worth it for the quality and insane flavor. I also love watching the K-pop videos on their tv while I wait for my food. Honestly the best fried chicken in Northridge in my opinion. I’m going back today so I can update my review with pictures :"

"The owner is the sweetest ever and she loves her job so much, it almost melts from her pores. She gives small artists a chance to display their pieces of work in a section of the cafe and doesn't try to gouge you commission. In fact, she's so nice and personable, that you'll want to give her some of your earnings, not because you have to or should but because you just want to. She remembers her customers and remembers their orders and I think that's commendable, I could never do that. She makes you feel like you're at home, and at 118 Cafe, you are at home."

"We had the crispy honey shrimp and drunken noodles with shrimp. The chef did an amazing job with the food. This tasted better than a place we go to where the entrees are $15+! The customer service was nice. However, they are really understaffed. I feel very bad for the employees and 1 chef. So if you go, just order ahead and be prepared for a little wait."

"I don't usually do reviews, but I had to do one for Pink Salt Grill! My husband came home a few weeks ago after eating here with friends, and couldn't stop raving about it! Today, he took me and the kids, and it didn't disappoint! We loved everything we ordered...lumpia shanghai, veggie egg rolls, shrimp sinigang, beef nilaga, beef steak, chicken skewers, halo halo, and an ube smoothie...all of it was delicious! We are so happy to find a Filipino business that is doing well and serves authentic Filipino food. It's not fusion, it's not Americanized, it's just good Filipino food with good flavor and great portions. They didn't skimp on rice, meat, or napkins! The restaurant is located in a nice, safe plaza. It has a simple, but clean and comfortable ambiance. Money well spent for the quality of the food and friendly service we received. We will definitely be back! Maraming salamat!! :"
