"We visited on a Sunday around 1:30 pm after the lunch rush. I feel they must have been short staffed because for the area we were in, there was only one guy with appx. 8 tables. He seemed frazzled. Very, very nice but frazzled to where he would forget items we asked for like vinegar, extra BBQ sauce, salad dressing... Also, they were out of butter for the hush puppies. In a small town like that, I feel someone should have run up to the store and bought some.... You can't really enjoy the puppies without butter. All Southerners know that. Anyway, the food was pretty good. I had a salad, BBQ chicken w/creamed potatoes, and yams. My husband had a salad, hamburger steak w/ creamed potatoes and cabbage. The flavor was good and not overcooked. We will return on our next outing that way."

"The coffee was delicious, and while I enjoyed the cold brew and the espresso, the best part by far was the staff. Lauren answered every question I had, was clearly knowledgeable about coffee, and provided exceptional customer service. It was great to see a local business that cares so much about the quality of their coffee, I will definitely be stopping by here again whenever I visit the area!"

"Loved the relaxed atmosphere looking over the lake, came in for lunch after being on the water and fishing all morning, was promptly seated at the bar where we were served and took our orders, even with a large party a head of us we got our food fairly quickly and Jessica the bartender was super friendly and got us drinks quick and made sure we had all we needed, for our first impression they knocked it out of the park for us. Will be returning shortly"
