A bit of an hidden gem excellent cakes and other sweet bakings not to mention the saltier offering. Tempting prices, similar set in e.g. Tampere would be at least 30% more! View all feedback.
What Musti K doesn't like about Hakafood Cafe:
Two pieces of cake were ordered, one of which the whole bot, was removed, and the vendor said that today the bot tänään became too moist and gave a discount. After the purchase, the receipt showed that the discount was given 0.30 cents. I’m sure the whole cake was removed from the cake and it was only found at home. View all feedback.
Lovely coffee inen CM:N Connected. Unblocked passage from the inside. I ate a pulled pork and a big coffee, price less than 6 euros in total. There is always room, even if the parliament is there. Parking nearby. Recommended!
Just go there and you'll want to live the rest of your life in this amazing cafe. The price-quality ratio is phenomenal and you will find something to eat. For those with special diets, this will be your go-to cafe. You have almost 60 seats, so it's not gonna be a problem to find a table.

We are from Tampere and visited Valkeakoski for a walk with the dogs around the lake, ending up at the Hakafood Cafe. The nice thing about this cafe is the delicious selection of savoury items and cakes, at prices that don't leave you feeling you've been robbed, as is often the case in Tampere. The negative is that dogs are not welcomed inside, which shows a lack of awareness of the demand for this need and frequently an ignorance of the cafe owners to understand that it is their right to decide to allow dogs or not, as there is no law against it. Finland needs to catch up with the increasing trend in Europe of being pet friendly
