We had read a number of reviews and were excited to visit this restaurant with its new Michelin star. It was one of four we tried in Spain on this trip (September 2018) because they are such good value and provide interesting food. The staff, very nice, the space, nothing remarkable, of the most normal. except for desserts, the rest of the menu let me down quite a lot, both for the flavors, and for the size of the rations, you could barely taste the small bite. The truth is we're starving. It might be that I didn't just understand the overvaluation I believe now exists for a certain kitchen.
I imagine wheat is a family restaurant, the room is taken by a lady, I imagine the chef's wife. He's missing a picture. A young waiter helps in the room, doesn't give the picture, I'm sorry. the living room is very normal, very interior. the food, not good or bad, of the lot, the difference is a tasting menu, but lazy. the appetizers or fu or fa, when you remember something in particular. like dishes one drip by its contrast its taste, tendon with mushrooms and cod mass. Very good. eel and cecina, Iberian pig with potatoes and ginger, etc. nothing to highlight. from the pears of dessert to wine and then the minstre of vegetables was special, different like dessert. Normal coffees and little more. I don't think the star lasts long, of course, I'm sorry I don't come back. I'm sorry, but it doesn't deserve.

The main thing that is food, has been excellent, you are surprised every dish. attention, very correct. impeccable facilities. the work that develops the kitchen. oted cannot fully appreciate the effort used to develop the delights offered to us.
Very good restaurant, with a very rich and elaborate tasting menu, with many dishes. also the atmosphere and the very good treatment. and if you are allergic to any ingredient you have no problem changing it or suppressing it. but I still do not understand the policy of restaurants lately to collect the bread at such a deorbited price, 16€ for a rustic bowl of four rations seems to me a barbarity and that is a detail that is not up to a restaurant like this.
