Bay hibachi is the spot to sip a tropical cocktail and watch a beautiful sunset. Friendly service, lumpia and chicken wings with hibachi grill options. Bugs in the entrance, horrible customer service, food is over priced. Baby short ribs covered in fat, and really small. Serviced with the wrong drinks. I would not recommend or especially for black people. View all feedback.
