What Margaret A likes about Ramen 101:
We ordered Seafood Ramen, Tonkotsu Ramen, and Chicken Ramen, they were all delicious and generous in size and ingredients. The Geso Fry (squid leg) was a little above average and satisfying. The Vegetable Tempura was a little tough, not bad, but I had to gnaw on it a little, which is atypical. Everything was packed great and stayed hot for a while. I'd definitely go back, but I would rethink the tempura read more.

The tonkotsu ramen didn't taste like other BETTER restaurants who actually know how to make real ramen. Karage tasted like Chinese popcorn chicken and was overcooked instead of flash fried. People who think this place makes good ramen probably only ever ate Top Ramen or Cup o Noodles, and never had real ramen from places like Ryujin, Hiroshi, Himawari, Ramen Dojo, Santa Ramen, etc. Spam masubi had way too much rice.... read more.
