The best meal we had in Malta, the food is beautiful. There are vegan/veggie options on the menu but the food is freshly prepared to order and they were happy to change ingredients. Cocktails were awesome too! View all feedback.
What Felix Kijjoba doesn't like about Aki:
The restaurant staff are knowledgeable about vegan options. Some items on the menu are clearly marked as vegan, but not all. It's best to steer clear of fried foods, as they may be cooked with meat. The edamame was overcooked and too soft to enjoy. View all feedback.
The best meal we had in Malta was at Eating Nice. They offer vegan/vegetarian options on the menu, but all dishes are freshly prepared to order and they are happy to accommodate ingredient changes. The cocktails were also fantastic!

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and serves delicious cocktails. Although there are only a few vegetarian and vegan options available, everything is made fresh and can be customized. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our final evening in Malta.
This place is a bit more on the expensive side, but the sushi and main courses were raised. Only two types of vegan sushi. The main part of the cauliflower kewer was an oversale, so avoid that. The red wine selection is brilliant. A very intimate and luxurious feeling restaurant and atmosphere.
Just lovely options across sushi rolls and smaller plates. Would be good to see some more “main” vegan options, perusal using tofu.
