Dicarlo's Pizza - Feedback

What Shannon Allen likes about Dicarlo's Pizza:
Stopped on my way home to VA. I grew up in Bellaire, OH, and had DiCarlo’s pizza at least once a week growing up. I try to grab a tray (or two) every time I visit the valley. I’ve never had the Dallas Pike pizza before, and I’m thrilled to say it was great! We stay in the Highlands a lot, so this will be my first stop every time. Stood there waiting for the girl to take my order, while she stared at the guy putting sauce on dough. At this point I already made my mind up and was leaving without placing an order, but to the customer that ordered pizza for pick up around 430 time frame, the pizza came from a top shelf not covered, looked like rubber, nasty, was adding extra cheese and putting it back into the oven, good luck on how that goes for...
