Food was good, but the service was abysmal. Waitress didn 't bring our food, some other fellow did, nor did the waitress ever come check on us until literally the meal was over. When I first placed our order, I nicely requested a side of ranch for dipping.It didn 't come when the food was delivered, so I asked the guy who delivered our food for some, he said sure! but never returned. We were seated soon and the food was great.
Food, Service, and Atmosphere was spot on! Matthew was an awesome server, and brought every good vibe the Shack always does!
