What Nakeisha R doesn't like about Black Pearl Bubble Tea:
First time ordering from here, I was excited because it was rated so high however my Pistachio and Ricotta Cake (Slice) was very stale. At first I thought the layer on top was cookie like, but nope, I realized it was a stale sponge cake.
