"Went in and there was a blonde girl in braids that greeted me. I tapped my card and she started talking to one of the other workers. I went to head to the washroom and she yelled (very loudly) “your card wasn’t approved” I went back and re tapped, and said “ya my tap does that sometimes” payment went through fine. I went to the washroom, and the only other customer in there told her “hey you shouldn’t scream that, that could be really embarrassing for someone” she told him “well she was just about to leave the store” ….. Firstly that was extremely rude for her to do. I planned on saying my own words about it but she was talking to a coworker while I was back out waiting for my order. The cook had to bring me my order because was laughing in the corner. And secondly why would I come in, order food, pretend to pay, and then walk out?"

"If I could leave, no stars I would. Just went through the drive-through and the guy got our order wrong three times, we said a BLT bagel three times classic BLT bagel. The man was rude not friendly at all. Basically threw the bag at my mom.. did not even apologize for his mistake. I suggest this fellow find a new job, not in the service industry."

"This place is dilapidated and the food is gross. . They brought my daughter a only half cooked chicken sandwich. . They have a buffet at lunch but it isn't very good either. . If you want Chinese go somewhere else. The service is terrible as well."
